Receptionist & Office Admin

Role

Our company is looking for an organised and self-motivated Office Administrator cum Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting visitors and providing administrative support to our office personnel. The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with our management team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, travel arrangements etc.

Requirements

-Candidate who has Multi-tasking skill and a pleasant personality. 

Below are the ideal requirements to be eligible for this post.

– Knowledge in computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

– Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
